Week 11: The end (of polish)

It's our final post for this course!
For the last week we were mostly focused on maintaining a stable build, and only adding smaller details to the game that will not break anything. Additionally we worked on our trailer, he itch.io page. and of course the presentation for our game.
Features of the week
- Updated the character selection (UI elements, emotes, joystick controls)
- Animated start screen
- Fixed shield behavior
- Meteor impact decal
- Final polishing for all VFX
- HUD now shows a crown for the player with the highest score & an X for a "dead" player
- Transition screen for end of the game
- Sound effects & music for: the start screen, character selection screen, scoreboard, collisions when someone has a shield, ...
- Changed the crown for the player with the highest score, it's now smaller and it's a different model
- Slight screen shake on heavy collisions
- Some bugfixes for the UI
- Timer is red for the last seconds of the game
